Arnprior sits where the Madawaska River meets the Ottawa River, about 65 km west of downtown Ottawa. With Highway 417 widened to four lanes, the drive into Ottawa’s west end is quick, which is a big part of why the town keeps growing.

Buyers are drawn to the heritage downtown, the waterfront and trails like Gillies Grove, one of the few accessible stands of old-growth white pine in Eastern Ontario. Newer neighbourhoods sit alongside older homes close to the rivers.

Whether you’re moving out from the city or selling a family home, we’ll walk you through pricing, timing and every step in between.
